Are you feeling a little creatively blocked but want to get some storytelling in? You’re in luck! Rex Lively is here to save the day! Rex Lively is an open source character you’re free to play around with as much as you’d like! Rex transcends time, genre, gender and species so can fit right in to any story you want to tell. Just a few requests if you use ol’ Rex:

— While Rex’s appearance will change depending on the story, they will always have an infinity symbol on the right side of their face and a strip of white hair (see below for awesome character designs by Craig Wolden* and Allen Freeman! _{^{*Craig did the first ever design for Rex!}})

— The beginning of every story should begin with this narration:

INTRO CAPTION 1: the small press universe is vast. it is infinite. and it is home to a being who transcends time, space and reality.
