What inspires you to create?
The sheer enjoyment of it. To me, drawing and making art is a very spiritual/connecting experience. It is a way for me to emote and express creativity in a way that no “day job”has ever afforded me.
What’s your creative process?
I often find opposites and then mash them together, from there I ask questions of how these two incongruent concepts or people relate. From those experiences I often find wonderful stories worth drawing. This is often seen in my mashup comics of Edgar Allan Poe adaptations with cute characters that I call, “Adorable Horror.”
Tools of the trade:
I use mostly Procreate, in recent days.
