Sample work coming soon!:

What inspires you to create?

My inspiration has certainly been spawned by the content I ingested as a kid. From music, movies, video games, and of course, comic books. I am always striving to capture the fun and awe that’s within almost everyone’s inner kid. From altruistic heroes throwing each other through mountaintops, to monsters beyond human comprehension meddling in the world of man I pretty much just like to draw what I would think is cool, funny, or emotionally powerful.

What’s your creative process?

My creative process is honestly not a sophisticated one, many that would view it from a 3rd perspective would most likely assume I’m having a mental breakdown every time I draw. But if I had to summarize it usually consists of coming up with an idea in my head (usually when doing chores or listening to music or a combination of the two), and then I forget. Now if I happen to remember the idea, I jot the idea/drawing down in my sketchbook or journal; usually around here this is where I rough out camera angles, character poses, etc. after this (and more than a couple of revisions) I move to my computer with a Huion drawing tablet and Clip Studio Paint and begin drawing manically until I somehow manage to make a finished drawing/page.

Tools of the trade:

I use a mix of a bunch of different stuff, I definitely don’t have a favorite brand or company I use. For my digital work I use a HUION KAMVAS PRO 13 with a pro pen and a gaming chair that gives me immense back pain, with that, I use the PRO plan on Clip Studio Paint. For traditional art I use two Staedtler blue pencils for my sketches in any basic art store sketchbook. For my traditional inking I use a mix of micron pens and thinned India ink with bamboo brushes and fountain pens. When I rarely color traditionally I use a pack of 50 alcohol markers by Fine Touch which serves me well enough.
