What inspires you to create?
As a part-time elementary art teacher at Catholic school, I’m super inspired by a child-like approach to making art. I work joyfully with lots of color and try to infuse humor, balance and excitement into my work.
What’s your creative process?
My studio is at home, so my creative process is a lot of sneaking into the studio after the kids go to bed. Just working when I can and working incrementally is important to me.
Tools of the trade:
Tools of the trade include graffiti mops on glass (mirror & old windows), water color and ink, muraling with house paints and the iPad program Procreate for digital work.
