What inspires you to create?
I always felt that I communicated best through my art, so I create to share my thoughts and emotions to the world through my art, which includes things I love in my everyday life like my cat and weird video games and my questionable humor. I would say my inspiration comes from within and trying to convey what I feel I cannot say.
What’s your creative process?
I’m looser with mine. I let life and its strange events inspire me to draw, from the little bird chirps to awkward moments with family on Christmas Eve. When an image comes to mind, I find the closest sketchbook and sketch it out with a pen. I prefer doing this in silence or having some background noise, something that won’t take me away from that image.
Tools of the trade:
When I’m sketching out ideas, nothing beats a sketchbook and ballpoint pen. When I’m finished with the sketch, I usually take it to my iPad and work in Clip Studio to finish the rest of the piece off.
