What inspires you to create?
All the original creators from Harvey, Marvel, DC, Tower, Charlton and Dell from the 1970’s through 2000. After that they seem to have lost true interest in producing quality products. They’re slicker for sure but content is somehow weaker.
What’s your creative process?
I’m still old school: traditional pencils, inks, hand lettering and standard coloring. I do those last two digitally to save time when I’m in a rush, which is more frequent now.
Tools of the trade:
Pencils, pens, and a computer with a scanner and printer in tow for proofing.
