“Robert Rhine is a great comic book creator who I’ve known for years. He created his premier character, Maniacal Smile, back in high school and through various iterations and indie labels he’s kept him going for decades, to the point wherein his character was even plagiarized for a video game character. Once that was settled, and he made a tie-in comic, he has continued being a one man creator, handling all of the duties, as well as made a board game and even had a cosplayer emulate Smiley. Along with being a Creative, he holds down a regular job, a marriage and being a good Father. There are no limits to what he has done and what he is capable of accomplishing..”
